These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the access and use of the cryptocurrency trading platform and services provided by Credit Union Company Ltd ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the services, you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age and reside in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency trading is not prohibited by law.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and two-factor authentication (2FA). The Company is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
3. Nature of Digital Assets

No Insurance: Unlike traditional credit union deposits, digital assets held in your account are NOT insured by the NCUA, FDIC, or any other government-backed deposit insurance scheme.
Volatility: The value of digital assets is highly volatile. You acknowledge that you may lose the entire value of your investment.
4. Trading and Transactions
Execution: All trades are executed instantly upon matching. Once an order is executed, it is irreversible.
Fees: Users agree to pay all applicable transaction fees, withdrawal fees, and network ("gas") fees as outlined in our [Fee Schedule].
Cancellations: The Company reserves the right to cancel or roll back transactions in the event of manifest error, system failure, or suspected market manipulation.
5. Wallets and Custody
Custodial Services: The Company may provide custodial services for your digital assets. We maintain the right to use third-party custodians.
Forks and Airdrops: The Company, at its sole discretion, will determine whether to support "forks" or "airdrops" of new tokens. We are not obligated to credit users with assets resulting from these events.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the platform for:
Money laundering or terrorist financing.
Market manipulation (e.g., wash trading, pump-and-dump schemes).
Circumventing regional restrictions (using VPNs to access the platform from prohibited countries).
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Credit Union Company Ltd shall not be liable for:
Losses caused by price fluctuations.
Technical failures, including blockchain network congestion or downtime.
Losses due to "hacking" of personal devices or phishing attacks targeting the user.
8. Termination and Account Closure
Right to Suspend: We reserve the right to freeze or terminate your account if we suspect a breach of these terms or at the request of law enforcement.
Residual Balances: Upon closure, we will attempt to return remaining funds to your linked bank account or external wallet, minus administrative fees.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Credit Union Company Ltd is incorporated.
